Sybil Johnson died Nov 15, 5:30AM at home after a long illness. She was born to Mae & Arboth Bramblett May 10, 1927 at home. She played basketball for Cumming High and married Reuben Johnson on Dec 15, 1945. She became a championship bowler, and later, an avid golfer and was a member of the GWGA and the GSGA, the Lanier Golf Club, and Ft Mac, winning & placing in amateur tournaments, and having 3 certified holes in one. She was a member of the Lebanon Baptist Church. She is survived by 3 sons: JR, in Jacksonville, Fla with wife & daughters; David in Salinas, CA with wife & daughter; and Dan in Atlanta, GA with two sons. Predeceased by Reuben, and first son Jerry. Visitation will be from 6:30 – 9:00 P.M., Fri., Nov. 18 and the funeral will be held at 1 P.M., Sat., Nov 19, both at Roswell Funeral Home, 950 Mansell Rd., Roswell, GA, 30076.
