Tom Jones of Johns Creek, GA, passed away on November 17, 2012. Tom is survived by his fiancee, Pam Sammons, of Atlanta, a sister, Jean, of Arnold, MD, a son, Keith (Cheryl), of Woodstock, a daughter, Jennifer White (Allen), of Clarkesville, step daughter, Jennessa Peterson (Nathan), of Sugar Hill, 4 grandchildren, Thomas, Maddie Lee, Amelia, Samuel, and numerous nieces and nephews. Tom was preceded in death by his mother, Lucille (Adams), his father, William, and his brother, William "Bud". Tom had a successful career with IBM and CompuSource, he was an avid golfer and a member at Rivermont Golf and Country Club. A Celebration of Life will be held at Rivermont Golf and Country Club in Johns Creek, GA, on December 1, 2012, from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a contribution can be made to one of Tom's favorite charities:(1) The First Tee; or (2) The Georgia State Golf Association Foundation .
