Virginia was born on June 30, 1921 in Johnston, Rhode Island, the daughter to Michael and MaryJane Ferri.
Virginia met the love of her life, George, and they were married in holy matrimony. This union was blessed with five loving children, George, Dennis, Stephen, Ginger and Russell. George and Virginia loved each other as they enjoyed sharing precious moments and adventures together.
Virginia loved her family and she enjoyed having family and friends around. She was a great wife, loving mother, grandmother and friend. She was a good cook and baker. Everyone and anyone were always welcomed at the table for meals and desserts. It was her way of showing her love for her family and friends. She lived life to the fullest, and her kindness will forever remain in the lives of all who knew her.
Along with her parents, Virginia is preceded in death by her beloved husband, George LaFazia, and her son, Dennis. She is survived by her four loving children: daughter, Ginger Barrett; sons, Georgia LaFazia, Stephen LaFazia and Russell LaFazia; grandchildren, Jason, Alea and Michael and friends.
