Uncle Chan..... Ya know how only certain people throughout your life tend to have that lasting impression & no matter what..... No matter the time that's passed, or how old ya get.... Those UNIQUE, & SIMPLY AMAZING individuals have a voice that will always be remembered, a personality that will never be forgotten, & tons of fantastic, hilarious, & loving memories that can never be erased????? Well, my Uncle Chan Definitely was one of those people to me throughout my life. I'll miss him oh so very much. I know he's now with my Dad(Dickie Cottingham/Chan's Brother) & both of them are together now watching over all of us like they did on Earth..... They're doing up above! Love u Uncle Chan!

We loved having Chandler as a neighbor!! We met him while house hunting 7+ years ago and he kindly let us walk through his home to check out the floor plan. We loved seeing him outside daily walking Jet & loved chatting with him too! He will be missed and we send our love to the family!!!

I love Chan we were like brothers in high school. We spent the summer after graduation working on tug boats for his fathers company. We had so many good times and great memories. We were all better for knowing him. He will be missed by all till we meet again.

When we moved to Cornerstone Park, Chandler was the first person I met. During our build, I came over to check on the progress of our new home. While here I was looking in the dumpster for scrap lumber. This man walked up and asked what I was doing. I said getting scrap lumber. He said "you can't do that, this house belongs to someone." I said I know and kept digging for wood. He said he was going to call the police. I said OK. Seeing the strange look on his face, I decided to let him know I was the owner and the contractor said I could get the scrap lumber. We both laughed and were great friends ever since. Sue and I will miss you dearly my friend. God bless 🙏 your entire family.

Chan was always one of my dearest friends throughout the last 50 years. We first met at Prytania High School and both became a group of five that have stayed in touch throughout the years. We loved playing basketball and must say we had an awesome team! Rest in peace buddy, and hope we can reunite one day and play a game of hoops🙏

I first met Chandler in high school and we became best of friends. There was a group of five of us who did everything together. We played basketball for Prytania and had a great team! Chan and I kept in touch throughout the next 50 years, even though I live in New York and he in Georgia. We always shared all that was happening in our lives through the good times and stressful times. I will always consider him one of my dearest friends and pray we will reunite one day and play a game of hoops together. Rest in peace Buddy🙏
