Bill was born to the late Ruth Smith and the late Walter Smith on March 16, 1943 in Newark, New Jersey. He grew up in Kearny, New Jersey.
Bill is preceded in death by his wife Gloria Smith
His memory will be cherished by his daughter, son-in-law, 2 grandchildren, his sister; and extended family members and friends.
