This was the last pic we took riding in my old school. You were enjoying yourself and smiling all that day. I seen you a few times after this and we always had deep conversations. You looked to pick my brain about life and often asked me how I changed and gain so much growth in life, and well sis I use to tell you with hard work and the love of my family… you where my family and helped me too. I’ll always love you and thanks for being you .

I am heartbroken to hear such devastating g and sad news about my beautiful former CalRecycle Personnel coworker.  Amanda helped me on so many projects the last we laughed so hard years were coming out of our eyes.  I will miss my beautiful friend as we had many fond memories smiling, giggling and boy was she so put together, so neat and tidy.  She loved her son to the moon and back.  I will never forget our happy memories my special, unique, beautiful friend.

We love and miss you Dearly Auntie. Give Granddad a big hug for us. 

Amanda, I’m so grateful to have met you and shared in the joy of bringing our firstborns into this life! We met and bonded during our pregnancies because we had the same restroom breaks in our office at CalEPA. We talked about our changing bodies and preparing to give birth and all our drama. Our friendship turned into a sisterhood as you looked up to me like a big sister and I did my best to guide you along your path and you were there for me with my woes as well. I’m truly not ready to accept you’re not here to raise these kids together, Amanda there’s so much more we need to do! And I can’t pick up the phone and ask you about your organic elixirs or have play dates or just talk. I pray you back but I know God has chosen to pluck you from the vine while you were beautiful so we can remember you in your brightest days rather than wilt away before our eyes. I’ll always remember you my sister, peace be with you, I love you girl!!

Petra & I worked together for many years & continued our friendship into our retirement. Amanda was such a ray of Sunshine & loved life.

My dear Amanda, I remember you as a shining little girl in Germany in the early eighties.  You were your parents' first born. I saw you again in 2015 in Sacramento:  all grown up, sparkling, full of mischievous humor and  confident as a professional. The last time we saw each other was in 2018. You had grown in compassion and wisdom; you were shining as a mother. Kristian was the love and the center of your life.  And did the boy know it!
Amanda, your name means “she that should be loved” and you were indeed greatly loved. But the highest and most difficult form of love is love for the Self.  I knew you were facing your challenges; I also heard that you were ready to take them on.  Amanda, I wish for you, wherever you go next,  to learn to love your Self completely.  Shine on dear one. You will never be forgotten. Thank you for your life.
