Ann Marie Peretti

Nov. 17, 1922 - May 31, 2015

Ann went to be with our Lord on May 31st. She passed at home with family after a brief battle with cancer. Born in Dixon, CA she resided most of her life in Sacramento where she lovingly raised her family. She had 6 children who will deeply miss her. Patricia Hilbert, Allen Conover (Bev), Bob Knox (Julie), Betty Zielenski (Patrick) and Kelly Peretti. She is preceded in death by her son Johnnie Knox and husband Albert Peretti. Ann had 15 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren. Ann lived with her daughter Kelly and granddaughter Katie. She cherished her family, friends and church. She was a homemaker most of her life and loved to garden. In the early 60's she was co-owner of Duane's Ice Cream Store known to many teenagers as the Slush House.

Viewing will be Tuesday, June 9th from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Nicoletti, Culjis & Herberger Funeral Home, 5401 Folsom Blvd. Sacramento, CA.

Celebration of Life Service will be Wednesday, June 10th at 3:00 p.m. at First Covenant Church, 10933 Progress Ct. Rancho Cordova, CA.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
