In Sacramento, November 4, 2015. Survived by his wife of 44 years, Jean Nelson. Also survived by his brother Jerry Nelson and wife Pamela of Seattle, WA. A native of Spokane, WA, age 76 years. Del was a Manager at McClellan AFB for 21 years, after retirement he became Chairman of the Management Department at American River College, serving for 17 years. He was a member of St. Ignatius of Loyola Parish in Sacramento. Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Saturday November 14, 2015 at ST. IGNATIUS PARISH, 3235 Arden Way, Sacramento, CA 95825. Interment will be 10 AM Monday November 16th at Calvary Cemetery, 7101 Verner Ave., Sacramento, CA 95841.
