

Betty is survived by her children: Nick and Jill Guzzetta, Linda Guzzetta, Robert Guzzetta and Kathy Sacco; Grandchildren: Lori, Gary, Michelle, Kelli and Samantha; Great-Grandchildren: Johnny, Ella and Drew
Betty was born on December 16th, 1927 in Roseville, CA to Eugene and Gladys Green. She graduated from Sacramento Highschool and married Thomas Peter Guzzetta, Machinist for the Southern Pacific Railroad, on September 1st, 1946 at the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament, where over 500 guests attended. The couple soon welcomed 4 children into their home and said they will always remember their mother as a kind and patient mother who encouraged them to pursue their goals. Betty was an active and dedicated member of the Church and often volunteered at St. Anthony Parish. Betty was an amazing and extremely generous wife, mother and grandmother whose smile would always light up the room, she will be greatly missed.
A funeral service is scheduled for Thursday, October 30th at11:00am at Nicoletti’s Funeral Home at 5401 Folsom Blvd. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Betty's life. The family would like to thank the staff of Mercy General Hospital and the Eskaton Care Center in Greenhaven for taking great care of our Nona.
