Carolyn died peacefully on March 13, 2016. Born October 1, 1939 to John and Carrie Azevedo. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Edward Peters, Jr.; son Michael and siblings Veronica, Ernest, Wilbert and Arthur. She is survived by daughters Debbie Peters and Cindy Benning (Mike) and grandchildren Kevin, Christine, Cassie and Carrie. Rosary will be held on Monday, March 21st at 7:00pm at Nicoletti, Culjis & Herberger Funeral Home, 5401 Folsom Blvd. Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, March 22nd at 1:00pm at St. Paul Catholic Church, 8720 Florin Rd. Interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery, 6700 21st Ave. In lieu of flowers you may donate to the American Diabetes Association or St. Ignatius School.
