Daniel Irving Clark, 83, of Sacramento, California, passed away peacefully on July 20th. He passed away surrounded by his wife, daughter, and son due to chronic medical conditions. Daniel graduated with a master’s degree from Arizona State University and went on to become a City Manager for Sonoma, California, and eventually retired as a senior Analyst for the State of California. In his spare time, he loved working on his house and garden, spending time with his family, and watching and keeping up with the news and current events. Daniel also did genealogy research and wrote an extensive historical family narrative.
He was a kind and loving partner to his wife Beatrice, and an amazing father to his daughter Marci (Jaime), and sons’ Nathan and Daniel M.
Aside from being survived by his wife and children, Daniel also leaves behind his beloved grandchildren, Mateo and Maraya, as well as his sister Lurene. He is also uncle to many nieces and nephews.
The family will hold a Celebration of Life on July 29th at the funeral home of Harry A. Nauman & Son.
