David Chan

Age 79, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, December 1, 2013 in Sacramento, California. Born on December 25, 1933 in Hong Kong, he was a devoted family man and a dedicated surgeon. He practiced Orthopedic Surgery in Sacramento for over 40 years. He is survived by his beloved wife, Faustina Chan, of 55 years and their three children: Michael (Mihwa) Chan, Karen (Gary) Glasgow and Douglas (Sharon) Chan, two sisters: Peggy Chan and Daphne Leung, one brother, Stephen Lam, and grandchildren: Jeffrey, Allison, Kathryn and Trevor. David was dearly loved by his family and friends, and will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 6, 2013 from 4 to 8 pm at Harry A. Nauman & Son, 4041 Freeport Blvd, in Sacramento, CA. Private Funeral Service will be on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at 1:00 pm at Harry A. Nauman & Son.
