Mrs. Edith Lucille Adams

Edith Lucille Adams was born May 20, 1934 in French Camp California to Marion and Pearl Young, and was raised by Marion and Gracie Young. She had 8 brothers Milton, Austin, John, Chester, Charles, Richard, Phillip, and Douglas, and 2 sisters Millie and Rosemary. She was married to Dallas Adams on November 15, 1950 at the age of 16 and was married for 57 years before his passing on February 24, 2008. She raised 8 children and multiple grandchildren. She was the Matriarch of nearly 100 children and grandchildren and loved them all dearly. The feeling was mutual.

She loved sewing, crocheting, cross-stitching, doing crossword puzzles , and coloring. She passed peacefully in her sleep on January 12, 2018 after crocheting before going to sleep. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dallas, her parents, Marion, Pearl, and Gracie; son, Marion, grandchildren, Robert, Erin, Paradise, and Brandon; and her siblings. She is survived by sons, Steven, David, Mark, daughters, Janice, Caroline, Betty, Lorraine, and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

She was loved by all and will be dearly missed. May she rest peacefully in Paradise.
