Eloise Morales Moreno was born in Knox City, Texas on July 4, 1931. She was called to rest on May 16, 2020 at the age of 87.
She is survived by her children Rudy Moreno (Theresa), Toni Moreno-Sampson (Craig), Margie Morales, Gia Watson and her adoring grandson that she raised as her own son, Steven Moreno Jr. She is also survived by her grandchildren Lisa and Angel Moreno, Kylie and Ava Sampson, Victoria Moreno, Noah and Caleb Mirales; Great grandchildren: Phi Jr, Jason, IsaBella, Mia, Aden, and Echo.
Eloise was the oldest of 12 brothers and sisters. She is united in death with her husband of 54 years, Pete Sr., her sons, Pete Jr. and Steven and grandson, Phi Sr. She is welcomed in death by her parents Pablo and Elvia Morales, brothers; Lupe, Ruben, Arthur, Fred and sister, Sally. Here to celebrate her are her siblings; Jim, Isabel, Annie, Vera, Paul, Mary, Robert and numerous family members in both the Morales and Moreno families.
With quite the green thumb, Eloise loved to garden and especially loved roses. She could spend hours looking around in thrift stores, sitting with her sidekick Chucky, or watching the world go by on her porch. Most of all, Eloise loved her family and the time spent with them. She left an imprint on those that knew her and will be deeply missed by all. Services are pending at this time, but will be held once the governor lifts the mandated restrictions.
