Age 88, passed away peacefully at home on 5-27-11. A Sacramento native born 11-15-22 and attended Sac High. Proudly served in the Army from 1943 to 1946. He was in partnership with Ed Quient at Porter Sprague Co., oldest surviving garage in Sacramento, from 1964 until retirement in 1986. Survived by beloved wife, Ann of 69 years, son Darrell (Victoria); daughter, Victoria Webster (Val); and grandchildren, Brandon Hoff, Trachelle Hoff, Cassandra Hoff-Smith (Kevin), Jason Lloyd (Tracy); great grandchildren, Andrew Hoff, Garrett and Madison Lloyd and Charlotte Victoria Hoff-Smith. Preceded in death by brother, Darwin and also survived by sister, Betty Wilkey; brother, Tuni and step-brother, Richard Mahoney. Friends are welcome for visitation Friday from 3-7 p.m. and are invited to attend services, Saturday 6-4-11 at 11:00 a.m.. at Nicoletti, Culjis & Herberger Funeral Home, 5401 Folsom Blvd. Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery.
