On November 15, 1945 Jane was born in Sacramento, CA to Jack and Hazel Westlake and entered into rest in her hometown on June 23, 2014. Jane devoted 38 years of her life to her teaching career where she was very respected and admired by her peers and students. She was preceded in death by her parents as well as her loving husband, John, who passed away unexpectedly 19 years ago. Jane is survived by her cherished children Michael and Kathy Budd.
