Passed away peacefully at his home at the age of 86. He was preceded in death by his son David. He is survived by his wife of 41 years Tillie; son Joseph; daughters, Rosalie & Christina; step-daughters, Theresa and Billie; siblings, Sarah, Stella, Sally and Archie and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Jose worked for the Southern Pacific Railroad for 35 years.
A Visitation was held on Mon., July 22 from 1-3 p.m. followed by a Rosary at 3 p.m. at Nicoletti, Culjis & Herberger Funeral Home, 5401 Folsom Blvd. Sacramento, CA (916) 451-7284.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tues., July 23 at 9:30 a.m. at Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament, 1017 11th Street. Sacramento, CA. Interment at St. Mary's Cemetery Sacramento, CA.
