Kathryn Beverly Schulz

Kathryn “Beverly” Schulz died peacefully on November 18, 2022, in Sacramento, California, at the age of 95. Beverly is survived by her children Allen Schulz (Jodi), Richard Schulz (Karen) of Sacramento and Brother David Wacholtz (Marilyn) of Elk Grove, CA. She is preceded in death by her husband Elmer A. (Al) Schulz, daughter Melinda Jacoway and brother William (Bill) Wacholtz, mother Adeline Wacholtz Wilson and Father Clarence W. Wacholtz. Beverly was born on December 25,1926, in Edgewood, California. She attended Sacramento High School. She remained in Sacramento and married Elmer (Al) Schulz. Beverly worked for the CA Franchise Tax Board for over 30 years. After retirement she returned as an Annuitant at the State Board of Reclamation. During her life she enjoyed travel. Beverly has welcomed and loved her 12 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. She was a kind generous individual who loved and was loved by everyone who knew her. She is a past member of the Mercy Guild and the Elks Lodge #6 Elkettes. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Beverly’s life on December 5, 2022, at Nicoletti, Culjis, & Herberger, 5401 Folsom Blvd. Visitation at 11:00 AM and Services at 12:00 PM. Interment will be St. Mary’s Cemetery, 6509 Fruitridge Road. The family would like to thank her caregivers Melissa and Karen for their caring efforts and dedication.
