Mary Theresa Rose

Mary entered into life on on December 30, 1933 in Chicago, IL and entered into rest on August 13, 2015 in Sacramento, CA. She is lovingly remembered as a career Air Force wife who traveled the world which led to her love of collectible and antiques. She was proud of her 20 plus years working at Sears and after retiring she devoted her days to the Antique Plaza. She was a wonderful homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was famous for her cheesecake and excellent cooking. She will be forever in our hearts. Mary’s memory will be cherished by Robert F. Rose, her loving husband of 62 years; daughters Carol (Ted) Zeilman and Karen Rose Danner; sisters Helen Camasto, Barbara Schramm and Jean Kimes; grandchildren Veronica, Cage, Karena, Brandon, Robert and Shaniya and great grandchildren Carson, Liam and Barrett. She was preceded in death by her brother Eddie Hemmersbach and sister Patty Rio. Donations may be made in Mary’s name to ALS Association of Greater Sacramento, www.alsa.org . Family and friends are invited to Nicoletti, Culjis & Herberger Funeral Home, 5401 Folsom Blvd. Thu. August 20th where a Visitation will be held from 9-11am followed by the Funeral Service at 11am. Interment will be at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery at 1pm, 5810 Midway Rd. Dixon, CA.
