I know she hated a Goodbye. I fell for it every time waiting all day to find shed already flown off. And then when we spoke, she'd say without apology. "Darling you know how I hate goodbyes. That's why I have a kiss and I hug for everyone. Cause you never know when you're gonna see them again". Timeless words.
 I was honored to have been the recipient, to Have many x's and o's from the beautiful, loving, and unique spirit. Shed say in parting, "Chow bella , until next time". Blowing a kiss.
 And in the meantime, every hug and kiss is the rememberance of her.

In  loving memory of my dear friend Michelle (pork chop). She was like archeologists. Uncovering a spirit to be treasured by everyone. Our similarities brought us together, and our differences kept us together.
Meeting  her was like having someone come home from the store and say... I have a surprise for you!In this case, big things came in a small package. She was the epidamy of that expression
what she lacked and stature, she more than made up for in personality. Truly a force to be reckoned with.
She had a passion. for life, everything in life. And it was all for celebrating. She'd say" we need more of everything". With the cat that ate of the Canary smirk on her lips. Whether  the toast, the goblet, the details. It's content,the feeling, the company, the venue, Even the hangover. Or the miracle of her body, creating the precious gift of Amaljia with no epidural or doctor in sight. She'd recall every detail with much appreciation, especially memories of people in her life that she held dear.
She was known nonsense and didn't mince her words. To see her with to expect a warm embrace. And then amorous kiss, followed by a brutally honest critique of yours,  hers or someone's performance that struck her heart, spirit ,soul or a funny bone that day.
She began like a rumor or an urban legend. Growing taller and taller, a character in the novels they talked about in book clubs.then you'd meet her and  realize this woman really was larger than life.
From her slow meticulous attention to details and refusal to budge If you try to rush her, her indifference of the opinions of others or about others, she had a no problem taking down and nearby laced curtain and wrapping it around her waist to join you for a night out,over a bikini, No less.
she was loving without prejudice. Hob knob with the upper  escshelon, or shoot  craps in the alley with gangsters. I admired that. she was full of unbiased wisdom which she relished in sharing. She always took a time with everyone.

Have faith in the knowledge that Michele is free from all pain of human existence.  She now knows happiness beyond our imaginations.  
Michele was a sweet person and will live on forever in our hearts and memories.
