I will always remember our meeting in Alburn, CA in 1997. Spending time around the swimming pool talking genealogy while Jeanette's girl enjoyed themselves in the pool. I was so thrilled when the family came to Austin for a visit. What a great time we had. I am so grateful Jeanette found the genealogy information about our mutual great grandfather and contacted me. I have been truly blessed by this wonderful family that had Phil as the head of. He still is a wonderful man. My love is with them at this time. Cousin Judy Rowe

Dear Nell, Jeanette and all of Phil's family,
We were so sorry to hear of Phil's death and thank you, Nell, for letting us know. It was a very difficult and heart-rending three years for all of you and hope Phil went quietly and peacefully. No matter the fact that he's no longer in pain, the separation is so hard. Phil was always one of our favorite people, and of course you, Nell, are at the top of our list too. Know that our hearts and prayers go out to you all.
