Dee and family,

I'm so sorry to hear of Ping's passing.  I know there isn't much that I can say that will make you feel better as you grieve.  Just know that he is now with his beloved wife watching over you.  Ping was a sweet and stubborn man and I'm glad I had the chance to take care of him.

Dear Dee and Family, 
It was a honor taking care of your father. I remember you would always come in and say make sure dad puts his fixodent in, watch him because he'll say he did it. Sure enough he would always say he did it and I would say but Mr.Ping I don't want to get in trouble!  Dee told me I had to watch you so please do it (lol) you know Dee don't play so he goes ok, ok I do it following with an I don't like you! I will miss those days his presence will be truly missed.  My thoughts and prayers goes out to you and the entire Mark family.

You served our country with honor, pride and commitment.  Thank you for your service.

I will always remember our stories about our Military experience. Your kindness. I will miss you deeply.

Dee and family: May God give you comfort during this time.  Your dad made me laugh, helped me to slow down when I walked beside him.  He always said "don't worry you'll get where your going and get there safe if you slow down." I enjoyed having Sunday breakfast with him.  He'd tell me what to order which was identical to what he was having and then tell me to cut back on the bacon so I don't gain weight.  He always had a way with words and always looked out for my best interest.  I am so blessed and honored to have known such a positive man with a zeal for life.  I have so many wonderful memories of him and he will surely be missed.  Thank you for sharing your father with me.  Lots of Love, Auntie Lu Caracciolo

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. Grandpa Mark will surely be missed but we will never forget the his kindness and graciousness to our family throughout the years.  Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time.

He was pragmatic yet fun loving, wielding a razor sharp wit and not afraid to use it. He could be hard and unyielding but loving and mischevious the next moment. He would stop and fix you with that "look" a mixture of understanding and amusment before breaking out in that wide grin with that "now what" look! That is the man that I will aways remember. Guys, he has gone to be together with your Mom. Our deepest sympathy in this time of loss.

Dear MalPina, Dee and Nelson, Your Dad and Mom were so generous in opening up their home to me in my younger days.  I have fond memories of them together, usually one of them in the kitchen!  My thoughts are with you in your loss.  You will miss him.  With love, Mary

"Dear Dee and Family, I'm so sorry to hear of your father passing. He will be so deeply missed. I always enjoyed his talks about the Military the stories he would tell, I would  tell Ping that  my dad was also Military we had toured Germany, Holland saw tha Anne Frank House and Italy. I told him that I was glad i was old enough to remember, it was an educated trip. he would laugh. when I sit at the Gazebo I would see him bend over and check out the plants as I walk back from my break I would stop and ask him are the plants ok? Mr. Mark would say" yes they ok." I said good. When it was time for dinner I would knock on his door to remind him that it's 5:00 time for dinner he would tell me "just a minute close the door be there in a minute watching the news" He was so funny he was so into his news. Dee it was a pleasure taking care of your dad he will be in my prayers, thoughts and in my heart he will be so Deeply Missed.

To the Mark family,
I was so sad to hear about Uncle Ping.  I was very fond of him and loved to tease him whenever I saw him.   I will miss his playfulness and his presence at our family reunions.
