Like all things, Richard approached golf in Richards way...purely. I never knew Richard outside of golf but that didn't matter. He was a steady consistent patient devoted man. A very good man. He had a quiet sense of humour but he was always trusted when his jokes were presented. He was funny and kind. Everyone enjoyed playing with him. He practiced hard and applied himself to be the best he could be. Sound familiar?  Richard was the best of the best and respected by everyone. He will live on in our memory as a good golfer and an example of want humanity should look like. RIP Richard. On behalf of your golfing friends
