Robert M. Ziv, 87, of Minneapolis, formerly of Chicago and Sacramento, passed away surrounded by family on August 29, 2016. Survived by loving and devoted wife of 63 years, Maurine and their children, sons Ricky Ziv of Phoenix, John Ziv of Mississippi and daughter Sydney (John) Rosenberg of Minneapolis. Also survived by grandchildren: Penny Ziv, Joshua Ziv, Adam Ziv, Danielle (Christopher) Palm, Sam Rosenberg and Emily Rosenberg and six great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents Morris and Lillian, sister, Harriett Berman, brother, Jack Ziv, and sister, Penny Ziv. Graveside services at 1 p.m Friday, September 2, 2016 at Home of Peace Jewish Cemetery, 6200 Stockton Blvd. Memorials preferred to Congregation Beth Shalom, Carmichael, CA.
