I met Michael at Thom’s place in September 1969 during a potluck party ! We became good friends with wife Sandy after Michael and I got married in 1975! The four of us traveled together in Asia, Europe and over 20 times in Acapulco and Nuevo Vallarta Mexico! We went out for dinners and celebrated our birthdays together and played Mexican train ! We are here in Nueva Vallarta ! I look everywhere for you my dearest friend ... all the places from the swimming pool to the restaurants and at 5 o’clock cocktail hour ... nowhere could I find you It’s not the same without you and will never be the same again ! I Love you Thom and may you Rest In Peace 🙏 Be strong Sandy. I love you ❤️. Amy Tresler

I can remember the first time I met Thomas-California Street for a party. Both he and Ben walked me to the elevator that night and Thomas took me out soon after that-sorry Ben. He also, according to Ben, when we were dancing at Green Street when Ben was "dipping me at the end of the song, said "easy Bently and later called my Pently.

Rest in peace my friend see you in the afterlife and we'll have a couple of drinks together again...God bless you and you will always be in my heart and memory.

I met Thomas in early 1965 when he lived at the Monroe Residence Club in San Francisco. Many, many experiences shared with Thomas; 3 come to mind straightaway:
• Observant: Gone with PG& E to Buttonwillow for 30 days - Tom returns to Green Street and immediately spots bedraggled bathmat tacked to wall above and behind him.
• Lithuanian: He never hesitated to affirm his Lithuanian heritage. Accordingly, he loved Johnny Unitas.
• Nicknames: He tended to put a moniker on people. He christened me Bentley. Many still call me Bentley.

Thom and I have been best friends since we met in SF in 1964. Lots of parties, golf, travel and hundreds of salmon fishing trips together. Like a brother! He is greatly missed. I’m sure he is above looking down and telling jokes with that twinkle in his eye.
