My deepest sympathies go out to the Rhoten family.  I worked at UA Headquarters with Bill.  He was a very kind and caring man and always made you smile.  Bill will be greatly missed by all of his union brothers and sisters.  Rest in Peace, Bill.

We are so saddened to get the news that our friend Bill has passed away - we have good memories to help sustain us as Bill was such a good man and friend as we worked together as General Officers of the United Association in Washington D.C.
