Dave and I worked together for 30+ years. My wife and I have walked by the bench at the upper mausoleum many, many times and talked about you Martha and Dave. Dave was such a great man and always a gentleman to me all the time. Always had a smile. I am extremely surprised and saddened by this news. Martha we will keep you in our thoughts and prayers as you continue to work through his passing. Please accept our condolences. 🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️

Martha - I am so broken hearted and in total shock to hear this. Dave hired me at UCC and was always such fun to work for. We would run into each other occasionally after we retired and it was always such a joy to see you and Dave. He always had a smile on his face and a story to tell. He always talked about you and doted on you and what a wonderful relationship you had. My last remembrance is of seeing you both was at Home Goods and he held my little granddaughter, and talked and laughed with Kaitlyn and I. I will miss him and think of both you often. Love always...Carrie

Dearest Martha and family,
It was such a shock to hear of the tragic loss of your sweet Dave. We remember our Union Carbide days and all the fun parties. So many shared memories of our families and dinner get togethers whenever we could. He had such a quick wit and infectious laugh, and such a beautiful heart for you and his friends. We will truly miss him but look forward to our reunion in heaven. Please keep in touch and know you are in our thoughts and prayers.
Love,

I worked with Dave at UCC and am very sad that we have lost a great friend, one who was always smiling and would do anything to help others. My husband grew up in the same neighborhood and church as Dave. Dave’s parents/family was awesome too! He and Martha always looked like they stepped out of a magazine; beautiful couple inside and out!! He would brighten your day any day and his smile will be missed.

So sorry for your loss. We grew up together in church and the neighborhood. One particularly precious memory is junior high when Dave would come in his 1967 GTO convertible to pick up his sister Donna and would also give me a ride home!! Dave's wonderful parents were pillars of the community and St. Luke Methodist Church. Dave will be missed.
