David F. Peter, 78, of Bridgeton, Missouri, Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, November 22, 2020. He is preceded in death by his parents, Frederick and Ella Peter; wife of 46 years, Charon Peter; and half-brother, Edmond Moeller. David is survived by his children, Nancy “Sue” Peters of O’Fallon, Scott (Michele) Peter of O’Fallon, and Shawn (Rhonda) Peter of Avon, CT; grandchildren, Richard “Ricky” (Jennifer) Survant, Ethan (Gina) Peters, Mackenzie Peter, Christopher Peter, Zachary “Zach” Peter, Joseph “Joe” Peter, Luke Peter, and Madison “Maddie” Peter; great grandchildren, Ava, Austin, and Andrew Survant. Dear friend of many.
David was a faithful member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and was a member of the Holy Name and Blazer Clubs. He was very outgoing and loved by many. David retired from Anheuser-Busch after nearly 39 years of service. He was a passionate baseball and soccer coach for many years, and he loved attending the various sporting events of his grandchildren. Bingo, fishing, spending time with his family and friends contributed to much happiness in his life. His kind spirit, loving heart and sense of humor will be missed.
His family will receive friends on Friday, November 27, 2020 from 5-8 p.m. at Alexander White Mullen Funeral Home in St. Ann. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, November 28, 2020 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 3120 Parkwood Ln, Maryland Heights, 63043. Interment will follow at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.
