Hazel is preceded in death by her parents, James and Edith Lingle; siblings, Lloyd Lingle, Howard Lingle, and Doris “Ailene” Lesche; and granddaughter, Vickey Carroll.
Hazel was a Machinist for Alco Controls for many years and retired from Alco after more than 15 years of service. She had been a member of First Baptist Church of St. Ann since 1952, and enjoyed getting involved in the church activities. Hazel was also a very patriotic lady who was very proud of her husband, Larry’s military service. She became very involved with the American Legion Post 338 and even volunteered at the local Veteran’s Home. However, above all else, Hazel was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who appreciated spending quality time and making memories with her family. Anyone who had the privilege of knowing Hazel knows just how much she will be missed by all of her family and friends.
Memorial donations may be made in Hazel’s name to Shriners Hospitals for Children or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
