Nicholson, Leo G., on Thur. Nov. 15, 2012. Dear Husband of 51 years to the late Shirley J Nicholson; father of Terry Stricker, Carol (Ray) Rowland, Victoria (Roy Hartzell) Nicholson and the late Leo Stephen Nicholson; dear grandfather of Paxton, Alexis, Austin and Paige Rowland; cherished great grandfather of Elijah; dear brother of Jim (Alice) Nicholson, Patricia (Bud) Schurwan and the late Joseph Nicholson; and friend to many.
Leo served in the US Marines in both WWII and Korea, where he gained an appreciation for military vehicles which he acquired many for restoration. He retired after 37 years from McDonnell Douglas. In his free time he was a passionate volunteer with the Wabash Frisco and Pacific Railroad Association in Glencoe Missouri.
