I stayed a customer at PNC bank SOLELY because of Pam.  She was helpful, caring and lovely and I often went in just to chat and say hello and find out about you, her family, to whom she was obviously totally devoted. We are still blown away by Pam's passing.  I bounced into the bank yesterday, ready to joke about the weather...after having been on vacation...and was hit with the news. Pam was a highlight of our day several days a week when Cooper and I would walk up to see her.  She was the best person who always had a smile and a warm greeting, and most of all she gave the greatest dog treats to Cooper.  I think she loved my dog as much as I do.  He would love to sit at her feet while she worked and I know he's going to miss her terribly as I will.  She was a truly fantastic individual and we are blessed to have known her.  She will never be forgotten.

Brian it has been years since we have hung out or even spoken but I do remember all the fun times with you and your family when we were kids. Now that I work with Diane I always get to hear everything about the family and over the last 5 years it still made me feel close to you all. I am so sorry for the loss of your mother and no words that I say will make anything better. Just know you are all in my thoughts and prayers. God always has a plan and there was a reason he needed her in heaven. Let God do his work and I know he will take good care of her. Please contact me if you need anything.

Pam was an amazing, funny and caring coworker of mine at PNC Bank. She knew every customer's name and made them feel special with her words and her smile. She would joke that she "came with the building" of her many years at the Brentwood bank and she 'survived' multiple bank buyouts. She was our mother figure at work and will be missed by all that knew her. I feel lucky to have known her. My prayers are with the entire Williams family.

Pammy was the coolest of us cousins and when we were kids she was always doing the cool stuff! I remember her dancing on a local TV Station, sort of an American Bandstand thing.  We used to watch it to see her, think it was on Sunday mornings?  Then she got married and moved all the way to Florida!  Pam will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.  Patty and I, our kids and grandkids send our Love and condolences, we will not be able to make it to St. Louis for the service.  We will be thinking of you.
