Vi was a joyful person who loved to spend time with her family. In her younger days, she bowled in a women’s league and was always very active. She loved spending time outdoors—especially tending her beautiful garden. She also loved cooking and sewing. One of her very favorite activities was shopping at the thrift stores (or as she called them “junk stores”) and would stock up on all the good bargains she could find for super great prices. Her basement was a great place for the family members to pick up new crockpots, clothing, and sometimes furniture! She will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure to have known her!
Friends may visit from 11 am until time of service at 1 p.m. on Monday, June 27, 2016 at Alexander-White-Mullen Funeral Home in St. Ann, MO. Interment will follow at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. Memorials are appreciated to the Alzheimer’s Association. Expressions of condolence may be offered at www.alexanderstlouis.com
