Of St. Francis, Born To Eternal Life on August 29, 2011 at the age of 81 years. Beloved husband of the late Lorraine Dvorak. Father of Kenneth (Debbie) Dvorak, David (Valerie) Dennis, and Kathleen (Corey) Rees. Grandfather of 5 grandchildren. Dear brother of Ervin (Joyce) Dvorak, and Carol (Dick) Kucharski. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorial Service Thursday, September 1, at 7:00PM at the funeral home chapel. Memorial Gathering on Thursday from 5:00PM until time of services. Interment Private.
