To the family of Patti-
I worked with Patti at the Dept of Human Services. I was on medical leave and did not learn of Patti's passing until I returned to work today. Patti and I met a little over a year ago when we were both new employees, and something between us clicked right away and we became great friends. We would enjoy our lunch together everyday and walk to our cars together at the end of the day discussing work and life. Although I haven't met any of you I have heard so much about all of you that I feel as though I know you. Patti was a great friend to me at work as well as someone who was always willing to lend a hand if I needed help. I will miss our lunches together and laughing over silly things with her. My wish for you all is that the Lord helps you through this difficult time, especially you, Crystal. I know Patti will remain in your hearts forever, as she will remain in mine. God Bless you all.

My sympathies to Patti's family. I worked with Patti at HCM and she was always VERY VERY nice to me. I can still hear her voice over the phone.  I am so sad to hear of her passing.
