Barbara was predeceased by her husband Edward V. Twohie, her son Peter E. Twohie, her parents Austin and Elizabeth Rice, her brothers Owen Rice and Robert Rice. She is survived by her son Michael V. Twohie, daughter-in-law Margaret Twohie, her grandchildren Peter Twohie and Lorraine Wilhelmy, her great -grandchildren Cortez Juarbe and Annabelle Twohie.
The funeral will be a private ceremony with close family members present.
