Hughann Ellen Limpert

Hughann Ellen Limpert, 74, died June 13, 2026. Born November 18, 1951, in Manhattan, NY, she lived in the New Jersey and New York area until later making Saint Johns, Florida her home in the summer of 2022.

Hughann was married to Jim for 53 years, a steadfast partnership marked by love, laughter and devotion. She was the beloved and cherished mother of two daughters, Kerri Tomasso (Joseph Tomasso) and Alison Tejeda (Gaby Tejeda), and the proud Nan of six grandchildren: Mary, Emma, Sophia, Joseph, Dominic, and Alex. Her love for her family was fierce and unwavering, but she was always up for a joke or two at their expense.

Hughann was first an RN and then a medical office manager. She was strong in her faith and had a fierce and independent spirit. She loved Christmas and shopping, music and sports. She had a quick wit and loved to laugh, bringing warmth and lightness to everyday moments. She found joy in playing golf, playing and then later coaching softball, and reading all types of books. She was a lifelong NY Giants fan, loyal through every season.

The youngest of three children, she is survived by her brother Scott Maran (Barbara). She was predeceased by her brother Bruce Maran (Janice) and her sister-in-law Barbara Maran.

Visitation will be held at Hardage-Giddens St. Johns, 1285 St. Johns Parkway, St. Johns, FL 32259, on June 19, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. A Funeral Service will follow at the same location on June 19, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. A Committal Service will take place at Oaklawn Cemetery, 4801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32207, on June 19, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

Hughann will be missed forever.
