Bill Colt

Willard T. "Bill" Colt, age 64, of Saint Louis, Missouri passed away on Thursday, January 20, 2022. Bill was born May 21, 1957. He was the oldest of three kids and is survived by his mother Beverly, children Emily Manninger (Doug), Ryan Colt, Elizabeth Hofstetter (Barret) and their mother, Jane Colt a brother John "Mike" Colt (Martha) and a sister Karen Blaylock (Jeff). Pop Pop Bill also leaves behind five grandchildren, Carson, Ella and Libby (Manninger) and Emma and Ainsley (Hoffstetter). Bill enjoyed weight lifting, road trips, grilling, reading, journaling and professional wrestling. On any given day you could find Bill driving along Route 3, looking for a hole in the wall diner and blasting James Taylor through the speakers. He was a dedicated son, father, and grandfather. Bill would do anything for anyone and had a heart of gold. We will miss his sense of humor, laugh, storytelling, watching Monday Night Raw and listening to him sing Neil Young. Bill was taken too soon and we always thought we'd see him one more time again. Because Bill was an avid dog lover we ask that any donations are made on his behalf to the Humane Society of Missouri. Visitation for Bill we be held on Saturday January 29, 2022 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 4511 Butler Hill Rd. St. Louis, MO 63128. Funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday, 11:00 am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery.
