Blake is survived by; grandmother Mary McCusker; mother Christine Stief; daughter Bella Elizabeth Birchfield; brother Kramer Martin and brother James Stief; .

Blake was preceded in death by; grandfather Larry McCusker.

A visitation for Blake will be held Wednesday, September 12, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis, MO 63125.
