Oh my goodness, I loved them ALL. I grew up living next door to them. I could write a book..... Lena helped my mom save me from choking when I was little. My Mom helped Kenny several times when he was little and getting into mischief. Every year when I watch, "Christmas Story", I think of Kenny because he looked just like Ralphie as a kid. Loved Mitch, that was their Dad. Very found memories of our days on Michigan and I will never forget all the Mitchells. The boys were very close to my Dad and hunted with him often. I will miss Lena dearly, such a sweet lady!!!!

I've known Mrs. Mitchell (mama Mitchell) since I was a teenager. She always had a happy nature about her except when she was trying to keep the boys in line when they were young. She always had a get up and go high energy spirit about her. I know she touched many hearts in her long life and she will always be remembered. God's got you now mama Mitchell rest in peace. Love, Carol
