Robert F. "Bob" Bosse, age 71, of St Louis, passed away at his home on September 28, 2018. He was born in St Louis, June 12, 1947, son of Paul O. and Anna M. Bosse (nee Buecher). Bob retired in 2011 as a sergeant with the Southeast Missouri State University police department after 30 years of service. He was a 1965 graduate of Cleveland High School and earned a Bachelor's Degree in 1977 from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau. Bob was a proud member of the Fraternal Order of Police and the National Rifle Association.
Bob is survived by a brother James Bosse and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Road. Interment will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery. Visitation is from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Condolences may be offered at www.hoffmeistersouthcounty.com.
