I remember the first time we met back in the early 80's. Ron was a man so full of life, wide eyed, huge smile, infectious laughter and a willingness to help with our cause,...spreading awareness about deafness, deaf culture, and that no matter what,...we are all one! The complexities, yet simplicity of this man boils down to just PURE LOVE! Thank you Mary for sharing Ron with me, my family and the rest of the "CELEBRATION" gang! I know he is smiling down on all of us and resting well with the Lord! May God continue to shine a light and build a fence of protection around you and your entire family.

So many memories: Ron’s dance moves at a Stuart’s party, eating BBQ at Phil’s but my favorite memory is; Mary was talking about an upcoming wedding and said “no one cares what a grandmother wears” but Ron quickly chimed in “BUT grandfathers do”
Mary we send our love to you and your family, Ron will be missed, Carla and Mel Burkart
