Our beloved son, brother, uncle and friend was loved by many.
Scott is survived by his mother, Judith (Wister) A. Smith and his sister Shannon (Bob) Chrisco.
Visitation at Hoffmeister South County Chapel 1515 Lemay Ferry Road on Monday, October 24, 2016 from 4-8 p.m.
Private family funeral services will be held.
