Born in Latvia, Alla moved to the US in the 1990s, where she built a life filled with family, friends, and love. She spent over three decades as a social worker, helping hundreds of immigrants find a new home in the US.
Alla is survived by her husband, their two children, one beloved grandchild, and two beloved grandkittens.
A Chapel service will be held at Stanetsky-Hymanson Memorial Chapel in Salem on July 18 at 11 a.m.
