Bernice (Segal) Insuik – of Delray Beach, FL formerly of Salem, MA and Marblehead, MA, peacefully entered into rest on December 31, 2018, at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Dr. N. Milton Insuik. Devoted mother of Nancy Insuik, Robin Insuik and Gary Insuik. Cherished grandmother of Ben and Hannah Insuik. The loving sister of Roberta Colten. Dear daughter of the late Harry and Ida (Malis) Segal.
She grew up in Chelsea, MA, graduated from Secretarial School, and raised her family in Marblehead. She was a dedicated member of Temple Israel and the Sisterhood at Temple Israel, Congregation Shirat Hayam, Hadassah and the Garden Club.
She cherished her time spent with family and friends.
A funeral service for Bernice will be held on Sunday, January 6, 2018 at 10:00AM at Congregation Shirat Hayam, 55 Atlantic Avenue, Swampscott, MA 01907 with interment to follow at Congregation Shirat Hayam Cemetery, Temple Israel Section, 506 Lowell Street, Peabody, MA 01960.
Shiva will be held at Robin and Henry’s home, Sunday, January 6 following interment until 8:00 PM and Monday, January 7 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM
