Bonny R. (Levine) Glixman of Marblehead, formerly of Revere, entered into rest on Saturday morning, June 20, 2026 at the age of 83. Beloved wife of Joseph M. Glixman and other half of the “BONJO” duo. Devoted mother of Stacey Glixman Padulsky and her husband Philip of Marblehead. Cherished grandmother of Lance Padulsky, and his wife Mia of Narragansett, RI. Adored dear daughter of the late Thomas and Ray (Shapiro) Levine. Bonny was also survived by her sister-in-law, Francine Finn (Marshall), as well as her brother-in-law Steven Glixman and his wife, the late Carol Glixman, and many other beloved family members and longtime friends.
Bonny grew up in Portland, Maine, graduated from Deering High School, and later raised her family in Point of Pines, Revere, Massachusetts. She cherished spending winters in Florida with her family and especially enjoyed her time at the Fontainebleau Hotel. An avid Boston Red Sox fan, Bonny rarely missed a game and loved cheering on her team. Above all else, nothing brought her greater joy than being surrounded by her family. If Bonny loved you, she loved you with her whole heart. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, and her grandson, Lance, was truly the apple of her eye. Bonny was immensely proud of her daughter, Stacey, and all she did for the family; the two shared a special bond and were truly best friends. As the heart and matriarch of her family, Bonny's love, strength, and guidance will continue to be felt by all who knew and loved her.
A Memorial Observance will be held at the home of Stacey and Philip Padulsky on Wednesday, June 24th from 2-8 PM.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in her memory to the charity of one’s choice. For more information or to register in the online guestbook, please visit www.stanetskyhymansonsalem.com.
