Charlotte Naomi Winkler

Beloved wife of the late Myles Winkler, Charlotte and Myles shared their love of family, friends, worldwide travel and Chinese food during their 70+ years of marriage.

Charlotte grew up in the Bronx in a loving family that cherished the arts and a lifelong love of learning. She was an elementary school library media specialist and served on the Board of Directors for the Greenlawn Public Library.

Charlotte was beloved by all who knew her. She leaves her sister, Rachel Blechman, her four children, Ellen Winkler (Art McLeod), Scott Winkler (Sharon), Todd Winkler (Susan) and Annie Hale (Barry), her eight grandchildren, Bryan, Julian, Hannah, Sarah, Dan, Colin, Zoey and Ayden, and her newly arrived great granddaughter, Lydia, all of whom brought her great joy.

A Memorial Service for Charlotte will be held at Stanetsky-Hymanson Memorial Chapel, 10 Vinnin Street, Salem on Sunday, March 9, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.
