Elaine was the beloved wife of Allen Davis and the devoted mother of Michele “Shelly” Guido and her husband Mark, and Caren Quadros and her husband Robert. Her family continued to grow through the years, bringing her the joy of becoming the cherished grandmother of Andrew Guido and his wife Tori, Nicholas Guido and his wife Sara, Erik Quadros and his wife Paula, and Denise Cain and her husband Michael. She was also the loving great-grandmother of Brynley Guido, Brielle Guido, Hattie Guido, Kellen Quadros, and Gwen Quadros.
She was the loving sister of the late Harold Kessler and the dear daughter of the late Morris and Clara Kessler.
Raised in Everett, Elaine graduated from Everett High School before later making her home in Peabody, where she raised her family and built a life filled with many treasured memories. She worked for many years at Sears Roebuck, where she served as a manager in the Service Contracts Department.
Elaine knew how to enjoy the things that made life special. She especially loved spending time at “The Brook,” playing bingo, going on cruises, dining out, and traveling. Whether she was enjoying an outing, setting off on a trip, or simply spending time surrounded by those she loved, the moments shared with family and friends were among those she treasured most.
Above all, family held a very special place in Elaine’s heart. She took great joy in her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and the memories created together over the years will remain a lasting part of her legacy. Elaine will be lovingly remembered by her family, her friends, and all those fortunate enough to have shared in her life.
A private burial for Elaine was held at Sudilkow Cemetery in Everett.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Elaine’s memory may be made to Best Friends Animal Society at bestfriends.org.
