FITTS, GILDA (WEISBERG) – of Foxboro. Peacefully entered into rest surrounded by her loving family on April 24, 2012 at the age of 65 years. Beloved wife of the late Oliver Fitts. Devoted mother of Seth Fitts & his wife Marlena of North Reading, Paul Fitts & his wife Jennifer of Haverhill, Lori Abbott & her fiancé Carl Martin of Foxboro and stepson Jeffrey Fitts & his wife Alice and family of RI. Loving sister of Harriette Denaro & Jack Holmes of FL, Fredlyn (Freddie) Gaynor & her husband Alan of Haverhill and the late Iona Staples. Cherished Bubbie of Cassandra, Bryce and Benjamin Fitts, Dennis Brame, Levi and Shaina Abbott, Max and Sam Martin. Dear aunt of many nieces and nephews. Services at Stanetsky-Hymanson Memorial Chapel, 10 Vinnin Street, Salem on Friday, April 27, 2012 at 1:00 PM followed by interment at Temple Emanu-EL Memorial Park, Danvers which all are invited to attend. Following the interment family and friends are invited back to the home of Seth & Marlena Fitts following the interment on Friday until 8 PM and on Sunday & Monday 12-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in Gilda’s memory may be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284-9168.
