Helene Gail Olsen

Helene G. (Freedman) Olsen, of Swampscott, entered into rest on March 24, 2015 at the age of 57 years. Beloved wife of Arthur S. Olsen. Cherished daughter of Philip and Adeline (Glassman) Freedman. Devoted mother of Nelson Freedman-Zeppa and his wife Catherine of Swampscott and Seth and Jacob Olsen both of Swampscott. Loving sister of Lawrence Freedman and his wife Ki Sun of Oahu, HI. She also leaves her aunts, Edith (Freedman) Cohen of Newton and Joan Glassman of CT; and her uncle, Mark Glassman of El Cajon, CA. Helene is also survived by her dearest friend, Joi Tompkins of Swampscott and many cherished cousins, extended family members, and friends. Services at the Stanetsky-Hymanson Memorial Chapel, 10 Vinnin St. SALEM on Sunday, March 29, 2015 at 11:00AM. Interment at Maple Hill Cemetery, Peabody. Memorial Observance following the interment at the Jack Satter House, 420 Revere Beach Blvd, Revere from 2-6PM (please park on Revere Beach Blvd.).
