Jan and I were colleagues at Memorial Middle School in Beverly for many years . My classroom was just across the corridor from the library where Jan so efficiently , skillfully and quietly spent her professional day. We became friends as well as colleagues making my days in education so much more pleasant.
Janice and I send our sincere sympathies to Marilyn, Bobby and the entire family for the loss of this wonderful woman.

Janet was the matriarch of our family. I will miss her with all of my heart. So many memories and special moments cousin Janet and I shared. Several years ago, while we were talking on the phone, Janet gasped when Herb came into the room and I heard her say , “ oh, Herb...you look so handsome “. She sounded like a newlywed. In 2013 I had the pleasure of meeting Janet and Herb in San Juan, Puerto Rico where we spent a week visiting all of their favorite places...especially favorite restaurants! Janet and Herb came to visit my grandchildren on the south shore many times, always bringing books for the girls. Cousin Janet was so proud of her kids, grandkids, and her entire extended family. I’ll miss you, Janet and will think of you often.
